Key Responsibilities

Working with the Operations Manager, Project Manager & General Manager you will be required to:

• Work to the guidelines of Browns Piling’s QSE management systems.
• Follow Browns Piling Estimation Process. To Ensure accurate estimation and timely response for tenders.
• Project Handover to Project Teams (Scope, Program, Method, Budget etc)
• Collect tender information and requirements – Client, Scope, Time, Cost, QA, HR, Communication, Risk and Procurement requirements.
• Define Scope and Work Breakdown Structure – use of BOQ, drawings, measure, and include in tender regisiter.
• Advise Divisional Manager of proposed works and obtain direction in regards to prioritising.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate a range of complementary qualifications, skills and personal attributes, including:

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in estimation – 5+ years
• Knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals
• Project scheduling – MS Project/Primavera P6
• Contract Management
• Project Management Fundamentals
• Plan Reading
