Key Challenges
Fully operational ANZ Bank and Basement Safe Deposit Box facility connected to the site. Strict (CoM Sensitive Zone 1) emissions, vibration and noise controls were in place, with Temporary Works engineering overcoming floor loading restrictions as a result of timber and precast flooring from the original 1920s construction
