Job Description

Browns Piling are seeking an experienced Project Manager join their team in New South Wales and contribute to the delivery of end-to-end piling and foundations projects – planning and resourcing works, coordinating site delivery, and ensuring safety, quality, program and budget outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage piling projects from award to handover (scope, program, budget and quality)
  • Coordinate crews, rigs/plant, suppliers and subcontractors to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with head contractors, clients and consultants
  • Track progress, costs and forecasts; manage variations, claims and progress claims
  • Ensure compliance with safety and QA requirements (SWMS, permits, ITPs, dockets, as-builts and site records)
  • Identify and manage risks (ground conditions, access, approvals, utilities) and implement practical mitigation

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience managing piling/foundations projects (e.g., CFA, bored, driven, screw, sheet or similar)
  • Engineering/Construction Management qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong commercial skills—budgets, procurement, variations and claims
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong safety and quality focus (SWMS/permits/QA records)
  • COnstruction Industry White Card and current driver’s licence
