Recycled aggregates are in hot demand thanks to a burgeoning public infrastructure pipeline in the eastern states of Australia.

According to peak industry bodies such as the Australian Council of Recycling and Waste Management Association of Australia, governments at all levels should choose recycled materials at every opportunity. Especially as they face critical shortages of supply of construction materials such as sand, rock, cement and asphalt to meet their infrastructure requirements.

Following the recent announcement of a new rail link to Melbourne Airport, our recycling team have been stockpiling Class 2 & 3 Crushed Concrete (pictured below) so we’re ready to meet soaring demand. We can also call upon our stockpiles of VicRoads approved Envirocrete (Spec 820/821) and Envirobase, Crushed Rock Material and Rubble (Spec 812), Dust, and Drainage, Sealing and Concrete Aggregates.

Delta Group offers a complete range of hardrock and recycled materials crushing and processing solutions, with production capacities of up to 750t per hour. Our end-to-end contract crushing services involve services such as stripping, load and haulage, rock breaking, sorting and shaking, and pushing up (dozers). We can also provide a 400t/ph mobile pug-mill with two 25t feed bins and mobile radial stackers to meet blending, wet mix and cement treated requirements.

Our purpose built crushing fleet has been designed to maximise productivity across a range of applications. Clients regularly call upon our heavy plant for its broad operational capability, such as Impact Crushers and Screens, Primary Jaws, Secondary and Tertiary Cone Crushers, Screens and Conveyors, including VSI crushers and heavy duty Scalper Screens. Our cone crushing fleet includes the largest track mounted cone crusher in the Southern Hemisphere and is in high demand for the production of rubble, specification aggregate, crushed rock and NDCR materials.

We take great pride and care in developing safe, reliable and flexible waste management and recycling solutions that help our clients achieve their sustainability aims as well as to fulfil their environmental responsibilities.
